Students of St. Bosco Vidyalaya visited Palaly Airport

Headquarters Security Force Jaffna - HQ SF (J) facilitated a group of School children to visit the Palaly Airport on 13th March 2017.

Arrangements for the visit of students of St. Bosco Vidyalaya Jaffna, were made by the Commander Security Force Jaffna, Major General Mahesh Senanayake in coordination with Sri Lanka Air Force on the request made by the Rev. Sister Mery Roshandi, Principal of St. Bosco Vidyalaya, Jaffna.

"This is the first life time opportunity we experienced in an airport" a group of school children said during their visit to the Palaly Airport on an educational purpose. Six teachers and 202 students joined the visit. Sri Lanka Army treated all of them with snack and soft drinks.

During the visit most of the teachers said that this is the most indebted gift that they can ever give for their Students. At the same time, they extended their gratitude to Security Force Commander (J) for arranging the visit.

After the visit to Palaly Airport, they visited the Thalsevana Holiday Resort and Naval Base in Kankesanthurai.
