Student Officers of Counter Insurgency Jungle Warfare Course Visited Area of Jaffna

Twelve local officers and six foreign officers (Bangladesh, Pakistan, Maldives and Nepal) of Counter Insurgency Jungle Warfare Course (CIJW) of Army Training School - Maduruoya paid a visit to the Security Force Headquarters Jaffna on 26 March 2018.

On arrival to the Security Force Headquarters Jaffna, student officers were warmly welcomed by the Security Force Headquarters Jaffna and a presentation was conducted on 'Handling of Post War Scenario in SFHQ Level' by General Staff Officer I (Ops & Trg), Lieutenant Colonel Nishantha Muthumala. At the end of the session; student officers presented a memento to the Security Force Headquarters (J). Student officers visited the De - mining site at Muhamalai area as the final event of the day and they left Jaffna Peninsula to continue their educational visit on the following day morning.
